Next to the machine, the operator opens Data Mule. Nearby machines appear automatically. One tap connects over a secure Bluetooth link.

2. Download to the phone

New data files are downloaded and checked for integrity. Files from every shift and every machine wait safely on the phone.

3. Upload to IoT-TICKET

Back in coverage, at home, at the office or on the road, one tap uploads everything to IoT-TICKET, ready for dashboards and reports.
