Intertraffic 2026

IoT-TICKET will participate in Intertraffic 2026 as part of the Nordic+ delegation.

In March, key players in traffic and smart mobility will once again gather in Amsterdam as Intertraffic 2026 takes place 10–13 March 2026 at RAI Amsterdam. IoT-TICKET will participate in the event as part of the Nordic+ Pavilion, which brings together Nordic companies to showcase solutions for intelligent, safe, and sustainable mobility.

Intertraffic Amsterdam is Europe’s largest event dedicated to intelligent transport systems and mobility. It brings together professionals, companies, and public-sector decision-makers from across the fields of traffic management, infrastructure, parking, road safety, and smart mobility. This year’s event features more than 900 exhibitors, seven program stages, over 300 expert sessions, and more than 30,000 professionals from over 145 countries.

If you are around the Nordic+ pavilion, please visit and see in practice how data, software, and real-world implementation come together:

Wed 11.3 | 13:00–13:40 — Smart and digital cities
Jari Kuusisto shares: “From cameras to traffic intelligence in days”
How cities can turn existing infrastructure into real-time insights + forecasts.

Thu 12.3 | 10:00–10:30 — Data sharing and analytics
Akseli Kataja will talk about visitor forecasting — what’s happening, what’s changing, and what’s likely next.

At the event we will launch three new IoT-TICKET applications

Traffic Scout

Traffic Scout provides real-time traffic situational awareness.

Traffic Scout

Traffic Scout enables cities to monitor traffic conditions across their road networks using data from cameras and other connected sources. The application provides a clear operational view of traffic flow, helping traffic operators identify congestion, monitor trends, and respond quickly to disruptions.

In addition to real-time monitoring, Traffic Scout provides historical data and analytics that support long-term traffic planning, infrastructure optimization, and improved traffic management strategies.

By improving traffic visibility and operational response, cities can reduce congestion, improve travel reliability, and support more sustainable urban mobility.

CrowdSense

CrowdSense helps cities anticipate people flows and plan operations ahead of time.

CrowdSense

CrowdSense provides cities with AI-powered forecasts of pedestrian flows—predicting where and when people will move across the city up to 30 days in advance. By combining historical footfall data with weather information and event calendars, the application generates accurate forecasts of visitor volumes at street and hourly level.

City teams can explore these forecasts through an interactive map interface with colour-coded heatmaps and time sliders, helping them anticipate peak hours, prepare for large events, and plan mobility and public services more effectively.

With predictive insight into how urban spaces will be used, cities and local businesses can allocate resources more efficiently, improve transport planning, and create safer, smoother experiences for residents and visitors.

ParkSense

ParkSense helps cities optimize parking usage and reduce unnecessary traffic.

ParkSense provides real-time insight into parking occupancy and availability, helping cities manage parking areas more efficiently. Using connected sensors and camera data, the application enables city operators to monitor parking utilization and identify usage patterns.

This allows cities to improve parking guidance, optimize parking policies, and reduce traffic caused by drivers searching for available spaces. Improved parking efficiency also contributes to reduced emissions and better use of valuable urban space.

ParkSense supports both operational decision-making and long-term planning by providing reliable data on parking demand and utilization.
